Recreational gymnastics sessions for boys are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays with gymnasts grouped by age.
Recreational gymnastics sessions for girls are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays with gymnasts grouped by age.
These mixed sessions for boys and girls between three and a quarter and five years of age (or going to school full time) are not parent accompanied.
These one hour sessions for children are with the parent/minder attending with the child for a mixture of controlled skill learning experiences and fun.
Exeter Gymnastics Club is a registered charity (no. 294294) and a designated ‘Centre of Excellence’ for gymnastics. Our aim is to provide a safe, effective and child-friendly environment in which our members can participate in pre-school, general and artistic gymnastics activities under the guidance of appropriately qualified coaches.
We have a proud pedigree of achievement at county, regional, national and even international levels. Former and current members have competed successfully at the Commonwealth Games, World Student Games, Internationals and annual National Championships in team and individual events.
We provide gymnastics activities for a wide range of ages and abilities.

A great weekend for Kosei at his first National Squad!
The support from all the coaches created such a strong and positive team environment. It was incredible to see how everyone worked together to ensure the gymnasts got the most out of the experience. Kosei and
Karen both learned so much, and are excited to keep building on everything they’ve taken away.
The weekend was packed with invaluable insights: Sam
Oldham’s motivational talk on his Olympic journey highlighted the importance of hard work, resilience, and team bonding. Craig Richardson provided excellent judging support. S&C coach Mairead expanded on the importance of using proper form during the strength and conditioning session.
